Midweek Motivation
09:13Since it's "hump day" I have decided that I will post up some midweek motivation for anyone struggling to get through the week. Found this picture on my trawls of the internet and thought it was very appropriate to myself and perhaps others looking to achieve the best body that they can.
Don't give up. You need to push through the pain and the barriers that your mind is putting up in order to achieve your ultimate goal. It will most definitely be worth it.
